No problem with the product AS FAR AS WE KNOW, it came with a US plug. So we have had to pay an additional £17.99 to purchase the correct UK plug, hopefully that will work OK! I think if this is the case, the price should be reduced accordingly or it should be clear when you are purchasing it.

It does not come with uk plug had to spend another 12.99 to buy converter plug not happy at all as it should state this before purchasing

If you had told me 2 months ago that I'd be buying a nearly $200 porch fan, I would have told you that you were out of your mind. Fast forward to us moving to Florida, and guess what I bought... a $200 porch fan. We love the Shark brand and have two of their robot vacuums in our home, so while there were plenty of cheaper options, I know the quality of the brand and felt like it would be worth the money spent. After having it for a little bit, I do feel like it was worth it. I will say, like the day after I got it, a really strong Florida afternoon storm came through and knocked it over, scratching the crap out of my expensive, new fan, so that sucked. But it did not affect the function at all. It has multiple speeds to choose from, isn't loud, and is an appropriate size for what it is. I have not used the misting part of it yet, mainly because I don't like getting wet, and there's plenty of moisture in the air here as it is. Honestly, I got it to keep the bugs off of me when I sit on the porch reading or drinking my coffee. Might have been a bit of a bougie purchase just for that, but I still have no regrets. Also, it has a remote, which is awesome; it oscillates, which is super cool, and because I'm apparently still a child, one of my favorite things about it is that it has this really cool notch in the back of it where the remote magnetically attaches to and sits perfectly, and for some reason that makes me really happy, idk. Anyway, you should buy it. It's a pretty legit porch fan.

Be warned North American import version FA302 with 100-120v charger. I can't see a mention in the description, only "imports may differ from local". Sending it back - Bang goes my carbon footprint.
