Good product
This is a nice plastic pad. I bought it to put on a kitchen tile floor so the chairs would glide easier and the clean-up will be easy, too. The plastic is very clear, so the tile is well visible; it lies flat, and there was no unpleasant smell.

Does not lie flat
It comes rolled up, so it needs to be flattened. I followed the instructions and beyond to try and make it lie flat but it would not. With lifted edges, it was a dirt trap. Very frustrating!It was also not a 'free' return as I was stuck paying the $50 cheapest possible return shipping cost. Buy one that's shipped flat
