My nephew introduced me to this coffee when I was visitin with him and his new bride. I’m just a simple South Texas rancher and generally coffee is just coffee. Havin said that, my nephew made me an espresso usin his fancy espresso machine he has in his house, and that took me back to enjoyin them in Europe while I was stationed there many years ago. I thought about that dang coffee for days and weeks afterwards. I told my own beautiful bride how much I enjoyed it and I guess I said it often enough that she bought one of those dang machines for our house and now makes me a custom or two each mornin before I get on with my chores. All of that to say these here coffee beans are the best I’ve ever had. You really can taste all of those rich notes. Now I just need to get them to actually ship me the Espresso beans when I order them and not just decide to send me the Bold beans whenever they feel like mixin it up on me. Still, they’re dang good and still get 5 stars!

I was deeply disappointed by my recent purchase of this Blue bottle coffee. As a longtime admirer of their specialty coffee, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, this bag fell far short of the mark. The beans, once renowned for their nuanced flavors and complex profiles, now taste remarkably similar to the generic supermarket blends I’ve tried in the past. There's a noticeable lack of acidity, brightness, and overall character. The aroma is muted, and the aftertaste is flat. It's disheartening to see such a beloved roaster deliver a product that is so lackluster. I would not recommend this to you if you are expecting specialty 3rd wave coffee quality.

Taste was pretty ordinary. But I usually have it black so my palate may be more discrminating.

Very nice flavor…dark roast.
