The Black Series Clone Commander Cody, Revenge of the Sith Premium Electronic Roleplay Helmet for Ages 14 and Up (Amazon Exclusive)

I have to admit I was grinning like a kid when this arrived. Absolutely nailed Commander Cody's helmet. The proportions, paint, weathering, and overall finish look fantastic, especially for a mass-produced collectible. Sitting on a shelf, it looks like a display piece that costs a LOT more. The helmet is big enough for an adult, and comfortable enough that you can actually wear it for a while. The visor provides decent visibility, and the fit is easily adjustable. What impressed me most is the attention to detail. From the orange markings to the battle-worn finish, it captures Cody's Revenge of the Sith appearance nicely. I've bought several Black Series helmets over the years, and this is easily one of my favorites. If Hasbro keeps making helmets at this level of quality, my wallet is in serious danger.

The overall quality is excellent. The mask feels solid and well-made, not cheap or flimsy like some collectibles can be. The paint job is especially impressive—the detailing looks clean and accurate, and it really captures the look of Commander Cody. It displays incredibly well and definitely has that premium feel. The voice modulator is a fun feature and adds a lot to the experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking to upgrade your collection with something that looks great and has a little extra functionality.

Fantastic addition to the clone trooper helmets. In hand looks just like the promotional photos. Weathering looks ok. Never been a huge fan of the artificial weathering on these helmets, but it looks good for what it is. Quality is just as expected with the current line of black series helmets. Just like the other clone helmets though, this thing is huge and has the bobble head look to it when on your head. I wish they would change the liner design because even though the helmet is huge, the liner is uncomfortable and presses too hard on my temples. I was fortunate enough to preorder the helmet at the $99 price tag, but still a good deal for $109. Don’t pass on this one.

It’s absolutely everything that I’ve wanted at an extremely fair price and everyone given it crap because it’s made out of plastic it’s not made out of cheap plastic. It’s made out of a very durable yet heavy duty plastic. This whole helmet weighs close to 5 pounds honestly per $110. It’s worth every penny much better than the quality you’ll get out of a 3-D printer. Can’t recommend it enough especially if you are Star Wars fan. I will also add as a side note that it fit perfectly right out of the box . Its visibility is not the best but also not meant to be used as an actual every day .

The Star Wars: The Black Series Commander Cody Helmet is outstanding. The build quality, paint application, electronics, and overall attention to detail are exactly what I expected from Hasbro. The product itself is not in question - it’s excellent.
