- Animal Creatine Monohydrate HMB+ for Men & Women | Dragon Berry 30 Servings

Used this near daily for three months now and am surprised how much less sore my legs are after leg day and less sore after hikes as well. Only down side is that I felt so good I over did the hiking and got a different injury (my fault) so remember the rest of your body has to catch up, at least for someone like me that is 61 years old. This Dragon Berry is really sweet so I'm going to try different flavor next time.

I’ve been using creatine monohydrate by itself and in supplements forever, but I’ve never tried an HMB supplement by itself or in a blend. Since I’ve started this creatine + HMB powder my progress has significantly improved compared to taking my usual creatine monohydrate powder. I’m currently in a weight loss phase and have recovered some strength. I also feel like I’m retaining more muscle mass while cutting down compared to previous cuts! For the characteristics of the powder itself, the flavor is good, not what I would usually pick but I don’t mind it. The powder mixes well, it will settle like any other powder if it sits, I just shake my shaker bottle before I take a drink out of habit. I never get stomach issues with creatine and haven’t with this. Overall, I like it a lot so far. I hope the added HMB will continue to provide benefits over time that I wouldn’t have had with a standard creatine powder.

Great taste and value

I have a hard time taking this product with my other supplements and recommend taking by itself an hour or more before or after eating, consuming anything or strenuous exercise. It is a great idea combing the creatine and HMB, but its acidic. So avoid regularly drinking any soft drink or beer. It makes an acidic environment in the stomach.

First of all, wow! What a fruity flavor! I've tried pre/post workout powders before, but this was my first time trying creatine. I did my research and made sure to eat well and stay hydrated before taking this. I just add a full scoop to 10-12 oz. of water, give a shake for 10-15 seconds, and the powder is fully dissolved. Easy to drink. No gritty residue. No weird, artificial sweetener taste. After an hour of taking, I get right into my strength training. I like that I have a little more energy to power through without feeling fatigued. After using using this a few times, I noticed muscle soreness doesn't last as long and am able to continue throughout the day to do regular household activities, without feeling exhausted. This is well worth the investment if you're looking to add more benefits to your workout routine. And again, awesome flavor!

Works very well, but a bit sweet for my taste. I’ve tried this and the smarties ones and they’re good enough to finish the tub.

Tastes a million times better than I was expected while also being so much easier to mix without clumping! Seriously could not be an easier way of getting into the habit of supplementing workouts with creatine as a way to support your recovery. I can't wait until I go through this tub of Dragon Berry so I can give their Fruit Punch flavor a try as my hopes are now sky high! If you're looking for a new creatine or a way to entice yourself to get into the habit of using it daily but found other supplements lacking, you should give Animal a shot!

I have been taking this for about a week and a half now and first I have to say it is soooo delicious! I really look forward to drinking it in the mornings before my workouts. I have noticed it has helped with my muscle recovery as I am only sore about 8hrs after a workout and only for about 10-12 hours where I used to be sore for almost a day and a half! I am really impressed with this creatine powder as it dissolved really well and does not have any gritty taste. I will definitely be purchasing more!
