Stanley cups are so well-made! They do keep your water cold for a long time. I have put soda in my Stanley cup, and it has not been a problem. However, when I do that, I always make sure that the straw is flipped up. The only thing I don’t like about this particular cup is the fact that you have to figure out how to twist the lid on so that the straw is in the right position. I thought I had figured it out the first time, but it keeps changing on me. At first, I started with the lid in the 9 o’clock position and that worked for a while. Now I have to start at the 10 o’clock position to get the straw in the right place. Keep that in mind if you decide to buy a Stanley cup with a handle. You may have a little bit of a challenge to get the straw in the right place, and it can be quite aggravating which is why I gave this four stars instead of five.

Love this cup so much! I use it everyday, throw it right in my bag with my iPad and never had an issue with it leaking!

My favorite cup!! I am very picky on the tumblers that I like. I usually impulse buy one, use it a few times, then I move on. But that is not the case with this one! It is 100% spill proof when the spout is closed. Definitely good to have when you have young kids and want to put your tumbler in your purse. It is so cute and keeps my drinks cold. It’s also super durable! It’s been dropped a few times and it’s easily withstood. 10/10 recommended and will definitely buy another one!!
