Many UMTS/HSPA Good antennas have a low loss and therefore thick antenna cable. The small plugs for the above devices cannot be mounted on the thick antenna cable. You therefore use a pigtail (adapter cable) as a connector between the antenna cable and the device. Make sure that there are different antenna sockets in the devices and choose the right pigtail. TS9 and CRC9 are common for UMTS/HSPA and LTE. If necessary, please inform yourself. by the supplier or manufacturer of the device, or in relevant forums, which antenna socket is installed. Prevent damage to the device socket by avoiding high forces on the socket by pulling on the cable (e.g. attaching antenna cable) and gently plug in and remove the pigtail. Give pigtails (with flexible cable piece and therefore less strain on the antenna socket) the advantage over wireless adapters (transfer forces from the antenna cable directly to the socket, which makes it easier to break).

Good quality cables - worth buying
Ordered these to connect a Huawei E5577 MiFi device to an external antenna. Very good quality cables. Recommended.

Works well
Not much to like or dislike about this product. The two cables work just as expected and fit well at both ends to the respective products
