Leaf loads easily through the top chute with no problem. You can actually fill a full size yard bag before you have to change it out. The end product after being shredded looks like planting soil. One suggestion I do have is to avoid shredding leaves when they are wet as it causing the shredded product to bunch up in the tumbler causing you to stop to clear it out. ## Features - POWERFUL - The leaf shredder with a 13 amp motor that rotates at 8,200 rpm can shred up to 55 gallons of leaves per minute, making your garden run fast and efficient. - LEAFLESS DESIGN The leaf shredder uses a nylon cutting line to shred leaves and control weeds. Maintenance is very simple, as the cutting line can be easily replaced without tools.
