As usual, this company puts out a great product. Clean ingredients, easily absorbed and does what I need it to do. The capsules are small and only one is needed daily, which is nice. Make sure to take with food, or you’ll get queasy. Learned that right away! Will keep buying.

I’m really happy with this zinc supplement. It didn’t give me any stomach upset at all, which is a big deal for me because most zinc products tend to be harsh. Don’t take on an empty stomach or it will make you sick (lesson learned the hard way) other than that lowkey feel more energized and I think my skin looks better

I've tried a bunch of zinc supplements and I can recognize a quality one when I take it. This one is great, however I think the Copper is what causes them to smell and taste exceptionally "dank" compared to other ones I've tried. With that being said, take it with some milk and you'll be alright.

Great supplement, I like that the caps are openable. I prefer to just eat the powder myself and open up each capsule, consume the powder with fluid and then immediately dispose of the glucose capsule. Do note that the powder itself smells and tastes awful.
