Great Ball! (and I usually play Pro V's)
I am doing a little research on the Noodle Neon... I got a sleeve for a tee gift, and had no IDEA how inexpensive they are. I have really liked them when I played with them. They are long, soft and stop pretty well on the greens. I don't even know what compression they are. Weird. I'm a 5 handicap.... most amateurs don't have the swing speed to take advantage of the expensive pro balls.
