Ich hatte früher zwei andere Geräte vom Typ Tens zur Schmerzlinderung beim HWS-Syndrom taugten. Erst mit diesem Gerät (Beurer EM 59) spüre ich eine echte Schmerzlinderung. Ich benutze es jetzt seit 3 Monaten - einmal am Tag für 2-3 Stunden die ganze Zeit, es mag viel erscheinen, aber ich schalte es auf Stufe 4-5 maximal und auf die Heizung stark. Und es funktioniert super, lindert die Schmerzen in meinen Nackenmuskeln und den Muskeln entlang meiner oberen Wirbelsäule. Nach solchen Behandlungen kann ich die Nacht ohne Schmerzen durchschlafen. Ich sollte hinzufügen, dass ich im Moment seit 3 Monaten auf eine Operation warte. Dieses Gerät erleichtert mir also das Leben, und ich muss nicht mehr so viele Schmerzmittel einnehmen wie früher. Auch das Aufkleben der Elektroden ist kein Problem, da sie recht groß sind und durch den Stecker direkt am Kabelausgang leicht zu greifen sind. Leider gehen die Gel-Pads recht schnell kaputt - sie halten bei mir ein bis zwei Wochen - 2-3 Stunden pro Tag. Aber zum Glück sind sie recht einfach durch neue zu ersetzen. Einfach die alten von der Elektrode abrollen, die Elektrodenoberfläche gründlich reinigen und entfetten, und dann ganz vorsichtig, Stück für Stück, die neuen Gel Pads aufkleben. Das Gerät hat viele Modi, im Moment benutze ich den Massagemodus - der passt am besten zu mir, er läuft 20 Minuten und schaltet sich dann ab. Ich schalte es wieder ein, indem ich ein anderes Programm wähle - das ist wichtig, damit sich meine Muskeln nicht an einen Modus gewöhnen. Also wähle ich alle 20 Minuten ein anderes Programm - das funktioniert super! Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass ich mit dem Beurer EM 59 eine sehr gute Wahl getroffen habe und mit den Ergebnissen sehr zufrieden bin - ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen!

I initially considered returning this item just five minutes after unboxing it due to the perceived complexity of its interface. However, after dedicating an additional hour to exploring its features, I found myself thoroughly impressed and discovered its comprehensive capabilities, including a heating function. I highly recommend carefully reviewing the manual and watching some instructional videos on YouTube before use; I am confident that you will come to appreciate this technology. My only concern is that the wire has four unremovable pads, which may not be practical if one only wishes to use two. I am uncertain if the manufacturers offer replacements with only two pads.

Per la mia lombalgia ho voluto provare ad alleviare il dolore con le tens a casa. Questo dispositivo mi è sembrato un buon compromesso qualità prezzo. 💪 In effetti mi ha stupito per la quantità di funzioni. Ha decine di programmi preimpostati, spiegati nel libretto, classificati come massaggio, EMS e TENS. Il display ti aiuta a capire anche se stai usando il programma giusto grazie allo schemino del corpo umano. Il risultato è variabile perché dipende dallo scopo per cui si utilizza e dal tipo di disturbo, ma a me è stato di giovamento. Lo uso sia come tens, sia come massaggi, ha programmi rilassanti e spa che mi piacciono molto, li uso sulle spalle e sul collo. Da sottolineare la possibilità di usare il calore, e non è poco. ⚡ Gli elettrodi sono a volte antipatici da usare perché i cavi si aggrovigliano, ma purtroppo è il difetto di questo tipo di dispositivi, i gel pads aderiscono bene all'inizio ma purtroppo specialmente sulla pelle maschile perdono aderenza. Li dovrò acquistare di nuovo a parte. La batteria dura varie sedute, dipende dal tipo di seduta, la durata e se c'è riscaldamento. Mi piace molto, col tempo voglio sperimentare l'utilizzo in Ems e in allenamento. Addirittura c'è la possibilità di usarlo totalmente in manuale agendo sui singoli parametri. Per il prezzo Amazon pagato lo considero un eccellente prodotto. 👍
