I was on the fence about trying this. I’ve been using the microwaveable Gigi wax for years. But my last container just wasn’t the same. So tried this one which was more expensive. The cup does get very hot but it takes at least two minutes for the wax to even heat up to melt. I do love the consistency of the wax. It sets quickly and comes off pretty easy. I did my face and my arm pits. I actually prefer the wax to the Gigi one I’ve been using for years. However, it was annoying how long it took to heat up and it cooled down very fast. I had to reheat the wax. I would buy again but I do that it’s a bit expensive for the amount of wax you get.

Normally, I don’t leave reviews. However, this product deserves one. I have PCOS. Have paid thousands of dollars for laser hair removal, and I still get the cares that’ll grow. This did an amazing job removing them basically pain free, and was super easy to use. Highly suggest for anybody that suffers with PCOS hair growth.

What a waste of money. The first time I tried it, I don’t think I got the wax hot enough. I tried it again and definitely heated the product to a temp that should have been sufficient after I did a wrist test. I pulled the wax off and it didn’t touch the hairs on my chin area.

Excellent product for bikini area! I had been using Sally Hansen wax strips and they would take a layer of skin off and/or leave behind the soft wax stuck to unremoved hair. This wax doesn’t take off my skin and it grabs the hair well. I very much recommend it!

It's ok. The handle on the silicone cup gets hot when you are warming up the wax and took me off guard at first but now I use a towel to get it in and out of the microwave. I also didn't realize before I ordered that this was hard wax and not soft. That may be on me because I may have missed it. The hard wax is more stringy and harder to work with IMO.

I love this wax once you pull it off whatever left on your skin comes right off skin feels so soft after waxing will buy again and again

It's okay. The product does work, but after you take it out of the microwave you need to move FAST otherwise it will start getting difficult to work with. It does get stringy very quickly and you have to constantly reheat it; if you're working in a room far away from the microwave you will find waxing with this more difficult. Since the cup is silicone any dried wax just pops out making clean up a breeze but that's really the only positive about this product. If I could go back I'd rather save my money and purchase a regular waxing pot warmer instead of this tbh

Definitely I am happy with the result. This is my 1st time trying of self waxing and the product is easy to use.

Had fun with this wish there was more wax but worth it
