My conclusion is that this stuff is too stimulating for me. I stopped taking today and energy dropped like a rock and now I am fighting taking a nap. I need to see if I sleep better tonight. If I am correct & after stopping these I can catch up on sleep then I may try a 1/2 capsule daily, or maybe every other day or so. Overall I think it is a good and probably effective product (I mean how do we really know what it is doing to our brains!?)
