Used this to add to Valentine’s Day card.. There was a theme and the person ‘got it’.. Easy assembly, took me 6mins maybe. This would be fun for any child that likes puzzles. I recommend painting it. The book provides instructions and facts about the Falcon and some movie insight.

My husband loves to do model kits and loves Star Wars so he loved this and one other I got him. They're easy to put together, fun to do, great to display and don't need glue to put them together.

Perfect gift for an engineer!

I had a fun time assembling this model, and it was relatively easy to follow the instructions. The details were well done, and the pieces made from fairly good material. That being said, the final product was not fantastic. Maybe some of the lack of alignment in the landing gear was to to a bit of assembly error on my part, but I did not seem to have a lot of play in adjusting the pieces at the time of assembly, so I did not feel like I could have ever gotten them to align perfectly. Still, it looks great on display as long as you don’t notice that all four legs are not touching the ground. You can tell a lot of effort was made so that this model would show a lot of detail. In the end, I decided to varnish rather than paint this model, and I am really happy with how this finish to the detailed wood turned out. As a side note, I glued all the pieces together and I think this added a lot of stability to this model. Prior to that, some of the pieces seemed loose enough that there could be a chance of them eventually coming apart. Especially if the model was to be handled frequently.

Bought one as a gift for my friend. It doesn't take too long to build, and my friend loves it. It's a little small but looks exactly like the one in the picture.

Fun to build, take your time and be gentle and you will make this cool model! I haven’t painted it yet but these are actual pictures of the finished model.

I purchased this for a 15 year old and he gave up on it after an hour. I tried to assemble it myself and the pieces just wouldn't line up properly and stay in place.

I am a huge Star Wars fan and I never did a wooden model before this was my first and it was a lot of fun
