We just got it yesterday June 30th,26. So far it's what we wanted. It was for our 34ft bumper pull. So far it cools down the place just right. Not sure how the heat works yet. Won't know until it gets cold. I highly recommend getting this but make sure to measure your window. We did but we're super blessed it fit ours. If we were to go any bigger we would have been in trouble. The remote control is hard to see the numbers so I use it the old way. Walk up to it. Nice cool airflow.

Quality Air Conditioner with Heat. I installed this through the wall and it was fairly easy to do if you have some experience working with your hands. The unit works well on 110 volt and has some good options and controls. This unit is actually quiet and conditions my 400 square feet room. I like the remote control, it's easy to use. The completed project took me a full day to complete which is pretty fast.

Update- July 2026: Unit worked for 4 months and died. Not reliable. If you are looking for a heater, look somewhere else. Haven't tested it as AC yet, bought it because of the advertising on the heating feature. Disappointed 😞

My central unit went out. This was perfect I used it all winter. It kept me warm. With it and my fireplace I was toasty

This air conditioner was a value. It combines both cooling and heating. That is important in the region that I live. The noise level is low and the size was perfect for the window. Installation was a bit extensive, but doable. The instructions were not all that they could be. Some details were vague or not included.

The remote doesn't have a light that makes it hard to change everything then you have to turn it off then on to use

***Edits at the bottom***Worked great for almost a year. Fan broke. Currently waiting on talks with support to see if there is anything to be done. For this much money it shouldn't die before even a year of the lightest possible use. My Old mother used it in southern ga and she thinks an 80 degree day with some wind is freezing so I'm sure you can understand how little it was abused. It worked amazingly when it still worked that's why I have to give it a two star not a one. If I have to fix it by myself before it even reaches a year of ownership I'll prob drop it to a 1. Idk what to do man ***Edit*** Company sent a brand new unit super quick. Sent them info of the problem with pics and vids as proof and they sent new unit within a week. I'd like to thank Rovsun for their excellent customer service as they responded back each time very quickly. Purchased a year ago and they still handled their customer perfectly.

Am not very strong so I would say it’s very heavy I bought two of them the same time . One for the living room and one for the dining room. They have been installed over a year now and they both work almost nonstop because wen it’s cold and I mean like anything 69.o and under I need heat .. and wen it’s hot anything 75.o my dog needs cold so it’s always on . Did all the insulation myself and I chose this size since I did not want to have space heaters in my dining room living room and kitchen.. the filter is very easy to remove and clean
