Question 2

What is the display size? Does the screen support touch operation and anti-glare? Does it have a built-in camera?

Can it be used offline/without an internet connection? Does it require a subscription? How do I sync the calendar?

Accepted Answer

It must be plugged in and connected to the internet to function. All features are available without any subscription fees. Simply download our App and follow the instructions in the manual to automatically sync with other calendar applications.

Question 4

Does it support multi-user access? Can events be created directly on the screen? Does it have a reminder feature?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it supports the whole family creating events together, with different colors for distinction. It also allows editing events directly on the e-calendar device, and you can set reminders for specific tasks to be completed before a designated time.

Question 5

How can I troubleshoot syncing issues?

Accepted Answer

Typically, the initial synchronization takes about 10 minutes—please wait patiently for the data to sync. Alternatively, you can enable the device's auto-update feature, as we regularly update the system to improve synchronization efficiency.
