I bought this belt several months ago and used it several times per week on different areas on my body and took great care in putting it away afterwards. Recently several of the lights stopped working so I reached out to customer service; they were quick to respond and shipped a new one out to me. This belt has been a game changer for me, I believe in red light therapy. I use it on different parts of my body depending on the issue. Most recently I had a Sciatica nerve issue flare up in my right leg quad (after a gym workout) and within days it was resolved. I believe it was the red light therapy that accelerated the healing because in the past without it, it has taken over 1-2 weeks to calm the nerve down. Plus with it being so light it didn't hurt when I layed the belt (lights) on it. The size makes it easy to fit many areas and it's flexible due to the material. I love the timer and the different modes of the light that I can use. I highly recommend this product not only because of it's qualities but also because of the outstanding customer service!

The connection between the power supply and the band broke after 3 weeks. It's now intermittent and you have to sit in exactly the right spot for it to work.
