The first one was delivered with a crack.Thanks to Amazon, return process was smooth. The new one was also delivered a day earlier. After opening it , I found that they have not given all the required parts to fix the tap making this jar useless. Sending this back was tempting but I could not risk getting another defective product with incomplete parts. Have ordered a better stainless steel tap instead .Keeping my fingers crossed
