Review: Sizing concerns - It feels comfortable like an underwear As long as you have the right size. As you can see the Size chart has a wide of fit for one size and if you are closer to the higher end you might have to size up. Following the size chart, I placed an order for a small /medium as my weight and size falls in the range. Though, unfortunately it is too short on the back and leaks at nights. I gave it a fair chance of trying it during nights and also during days for a few days but It still did not work for me. Even during the days it's not 100 percent leak proof (as it states on the product detail). I will look into Going To win local store and folded and purchasing a larger size l as recommended by some of the people who've tried this before, In hopes of my commitment to always as always. lol I have always liked always products. If the Large does not work, I have to use the different product at nights/ ): I hope their product support comes up with a mid range size To help with more accurate sizing. Also to have the back of these underwears toner taller and higher padding on the back To be able to collect leakage.

I don’t know how much the gel core is supposed to absorb but it’s not much. There is no easy way to tell front from back and the size is wrong, as well. I just recently started to have intermittent UTIs. What a nuisance. I tried these incontinence underpants and they have been perfect for me. I’m 5’2” and I weigh 135 pounds, and the S/M fit perfectly. They’re very absorbent, the material is very soft, and I didn’t notice any smell as others have. I have worn them mostly at night but recently I’m having problems during the day, and they fit fine under my shorts and pants. If I was to complain about anything, and the reason I only gave it four stars, is there’s no definite front or back. So you kind of have to wiggle around and make them fit. Otherwise I would’ve given them five stars.
