Dear Stephanie, Thank you for contacting us. It does not contain any pieces of garlic as this would degrade the shelf life of the product. We crush real garlic cloves and separate the solids/liquids using a centrifuge, same process used in crushing our koroneiki olive fruit to extract our olive oil.
