Great choice but 400mg is kind of misleading - each tablet is 100mg and 4 are required to get to 400mg.

I have a pituitary tumor that makes it hard for my body to use Vitamin B. My lips were cracking in the corner so badly. I take one or two of these daily and the problem has stopped! I also take a B complex which is recommended if you want to supplement with B2, B12, or whatever B you want.... you need to have a layer of B complex down first for it to work its best.

Migraine help. I started taking this on a daily basis a while ago when I read that it helps with migraines I can honestly say I personally have had less migraines. Knock on wood is a great value for the money. The pill size isn’t bad and there is no taste. I will never let my self run out of this.

Riboflavin has a variety of benefits, including helping with nerve issues. I take some every morning.This is good riboflavin, but the labeling is sketchy. There is only 100 mg of riboflavin per pill. So, it's not 400 mg. That is the amount contained in 4 pills. I prefer the lower dose, but some may want more.Also, these tablets are dusty and riboflavin is very bright and yellow-orange. Be careful what you touch afterward.This company is a great company, minus the labeling stuff. Carlyle tests their products and you can always count on them.
