Q: Can I use baking soda as the powder with this product?

Well, technically I suppose you could, but I don't know how the incredients of the mist will react with the physical properties of the baking soda, and I'm fairly certain that you won't experience the same incredible result on the tough stains as the rest of us. This powder/mist combo is seriously amazing. It takes the toughest stains and makes it like it never happened!

Q: Would hydrogen peroxide work as a pre mist?

Hydrogen peroxide can have a bleaching effect on carpet fibers much as it does on human hair. The effect may not show up until as much as a day later. At that point It is too late to do anything about the spot. I avoid peroxide as I would also avoid bleach. Hope this helps.

Q: Is this product safe for wool carpets? IF so, what is the best way to use on wool carpets?

Q: how much pre mist spray do you use?

Drar customerUse enough pre-mist to loosen the stain. So it will vary depending on the type of stain you are trying to remove. If the area is sticky or thick from something like ketchup you may use more than on a simple stain from a spill. I hope this was helpful. Customer support
