I have had hormone problems since I’ve had my daughter 4 years ago. I’ve done a lot of research, and I believe that Inositol is a great nutrient to help with hormone issues! I’ve been taking it for several months and feel so much better. This is a different brand, and I’ve never tried it before – so I thought I’d give it a go. I didn’t feel any difference (better or worse) and I had no reactions. The capsules are easy to take – and similar to the other brands I’ve tried. The price of this when I originally ordered this item was $9.98, which is a great price. I was actually surprised at how inexpensive the price was!

It's been a hard day of writing reviews, and this is a bright and shining example of what five-stars looks like.This formulation contains the two most readily useful forms of inositol for women with PCOS and fertility issues. It does not contain any extra vitamins or supplements that might interfere with sleep or affect wakefulness, such that it's safe to take from morning to night with no worry over side-effects. And, on top of all that, it's effective.This is a wonderful option for an inositol supplement. As always, look at the cost per capsule and buy when this is the best deal. I got this on sale again, and it was just slightly cheaper than my normal brand, per capsule, and it works as well as the best brand I've ever tried. This is an A+ and a true five-star option.

I’ve been using this supplement for the past three weeks and wanted to share my thoughts...--I appreciate that this company is based in the USA and that they allow third-party lab testing for quality and safety.--The pills are fairly easy to swallow, don't have an unpleasant odor or aftertaste, and I like that they're made from simple ingredients and are gluten free/vegan.—All Ingredients (only two) are clearly listed and easy to research before making a decision to purchase.--I have a very sensitive stomach and haven’t experienced any issues or other negative side effects from these pills.-- I haven’t yet noticed any physical changes, but it's only been a few weeks so I’m still open to seeing what happens with continued use.--Price is great compared to similar products on the market, so I plan to continue taking it once I finish this bottle.Overall, I’m pretty hopeful about the potential of this supplement and plan to give it more time

I have PCOS and am working on my fertility. My doctor recommended 1000mg of a good quality inositol supplement. I take the recommended dose of 2, which means this is a 30 day supply. So far these have been great. They have no odor or taste and are easy to take. I haven't noticed an improvement in mood or other changes, but I'm hoping I'll have more regular periods. The price is reasonable and I would purchase these again.

Have used other vitalitown supplements in the past with good success, so trust that this is a reputable source for supplements. Overall this inositol has seem to worked well for my wife in regulating her cycles. She has also been taking some other hormones but believe that this has also made a difference, and has had no negative side effects to note. Overall this is a quality product at a reasonable price.

No stomach upset or nausea from these, no foul burps either. I’ve noticed some improved energy levels from this and overall feel more even keel with my hormones in check.

This supplement is gluten free and vegan, and has had no side effects for me. I have felt overall improved mood and better cycle regularity within a few weeks of daily use. The pill is easy-to-swallow, and I like the the lack of fillers/extra ingredients I don't want.

I wasn’t ovulating at all before, but after about a month on this, things are finally improving! Love that it’s vegan and in the ideal 40:1 ratio. Will definitely keep taking it as I try to get pregnant with PCOS.
