Be aware and careful in removing the pillow. I'm going to see if I can put some stitches around the hard plastic velcro to secure it. Renpho needs to look into this problem. This mask is comfortable and soft around the eyes and head. The sound quality is good for listening to sleep sounds and music. It has a few preloaded sounds, which is nice if for some reason you can't use your own device. At the time of purchase I paid $25. I feel like that is a great price point for this item. I don't get hot wearing it. As a side sleeper, it doesn't hurt my ears. I use the timer function and the battery life lasts a long time. I tried one that cost about 5x this and it did not have the problem because the speakers were super flat.
