Good exercise system
This is such a nice compact system . It takes very little space . The bands offer different resistances for my workout. It has been very useful for continuing my physical therapy at home.

Love this band wall rail!!
Great space saving option for resistance bands. I was looking for an adjustable anchor to easily change from exercise position to the next. This fit the bill perfectly. Easy to install and has a single hand quick adjustment which slides smoothly (make sure the joint is installed flush) from each increment or from top right to bottom. The band hook is well designed the one can pull the bands down or up and not have them pull off the hook. It is also a large enough hook to double or triple up bands for more resistance. If you are a resistance band person, this little wall unit is perfect. Made my exercise routine more rounded.

I'm buying a second one! Check your wall before installing
My husband installed this at our home gym at a certain height that in case we liked it, we would get another one to use for lover body workouts and we're doing so soon. We've been using it for about a year and we're very happy with it. We have different resistance bands, similar to the ones included with the anchor and some others like the ones that come with the Bootysprout, wich are heavier and we can get a big variety of exercises. I think it's good value for your money if you install it correctly. If your wall is not perfectly flat (like ours) you'll have to use a level to make sure the rail is flat so the anchor can slide smoothly on the rail. In some parts we had to leave a little gap between the wall and the rail to keep it flat, but that's our builder's fault, lol. Once installed, it's very easy to use, provides good resistance (if you choose the band according to your strength.
