How thick is this white board

It's not 'flimsy' but neither is it "thick" 🙂 … think of a "Plastic Film" but one that is "strong" (not thin) and, don't worry, if you use Whiteboard Markers, it will not "stain-through" onto your wall. It just works ... go ahead and try it.

Do magnets stick to it?

It is a bad product.it doesn’t even stick on the wall. Rubbish!!!

Could I leave the it backing on - unroll it onto a desk - and roll it (or fold it) back up each time? Thanks

: Yes I think you could not sure how much of the pen would stay on though. You can cut it into lengths that's what we did, which helped. Could blue tack to a door or wall if you didn't want to stick it

Can this be easily cut down to a different size?

I cut it to fit the door of my classroom and it was fine. Use a sharp scissors and measure it beforehand
