Great Customer Service Every Step of The Way
Update 7/20/2026 - I've been using 3 of these batteries wired in series for a 36vdc system a few months now. They will run a 5k btu window ac, a small apartment fridge and a smart tv for over 24hr straight with no power being input back into them. That's cooling the camper to 71°f in some 85°f - 90°f outside temps. Last week we spent 3 nights at the beach, 90°f heat outside. Sleeping in cold ac, running electric water kettle for coffee, and Nuwave cooktop for breakfast. Never once had to take out or run the gas generator. When I got home batteries were at 92% charge at 1pm. How neat is that? My Original Review - I emailed Elefast customer support to ask them if they could give me their recommended values for each of my Solar Charge Controller settings for their Lifepo4 battery. I sent the email about 4pm on a Sunday afternoon and at 5:30am Monday morning their reply was already waiting for me. Their reply to my questions greatly exceeded anything I, a novice in Lifepo4 batteries in series could have hoped for. Not only did the email give the the values to input to my SCC app settings, their representitive also explained what each setting controlled and the reasoning for choosing this value. My battery bank is for 3 Elefast 12v batteries in series making a 36 volt system. My SCC uses the ChargePro 2.0 app. To anyone that reads my review and can benefit from this information, I will copy & paste their reply, Hi,Thank you very much for the detailed information you provided. Below is the parameter configuration guide I found for you. Please refer to it: Core Voltage Specifications: Single Cell Voltage: 3.2V (nominal) Single Battery Voltage: 12.8V (nominal) System Total Voltage: 38.4V (nominal), 43.2V (full charge), 36.0V (recommended discharge cutoff). Important Note: All voltage values entered in the controller settings interface should be based on the system total voltage. Recommended 5 Parameter Settings 1. Boost/Bulk Charging Voltage Recommended Value: 43.2 V Reason: This is the most commonly used and safest full charge voltage for lithium iron phosphate batteries. This corresponds to 3.60V per cell (43.2V ÷ 12), maximizing charge capacity while significantly extending battery cycle life. Setting a higher value like 43.8V (unless explicitly required by the battery manufacturer) is not recommended, as it accelerates cell degradation. 2. Low Voltage Reconnect Voltage (LVR) Recommended Value: 39.0V Reason: After disconnecting due to low voltage, the controller will only reconnect the load once the voltage recovers to this level. Setting it to 39.0V (corresponding to 3.25V per cell) ensures the battery has recovered sufficient charge from a deep discharge state, preventing frequent cycling near critical voltage thresholds. 3. Low Voltage Disconnect (LVD) Recommended Value: 36.0 V Reason: This is one of the most critical protection thresholds. Setting it to 36.0 V (corresponding to 3.00 V per cell) effectively prevents battery over-discharge. Although LiFePO₄ cells can withstand cutoff voltages as low as 2.5 V, prolonged operation below 3.0 V severely damages the battery. 36.0 V provides a safety margin for both the system and the BMS. 4. Light Control Delay Time Recommended Value: 5 minutes or 10 minutes Reason: This parameter is unrelated to the battery and prevents frequent light cycling during twilight hours caused by minor light fluctuations from leaf movement or passing clouds. 5 minutes is a universal setting; adjust to 10 minutes for complex ambient lighting conditions. 5. Light Control Voltage (Light On/Off Voltage) Recommended Value: Turn On at 5.0 V, Turn Off at 6.5 V Reason: This parameter detects solar panel output voltage to determine daylight/darkness. Turn On at: Set to a low value (e.g., 5.0V) to automatically activate the load (light) when it is sufficiently dark and the solar panel has minimal output. Turn Off at: Set to a higher value (e.g., 6.5V) to turn off the load when it's just dawn and the solar panel has a weak output. The turn-off voltage must be higher than the turn-on voltage to prevent oscillation near the threshold. Additional Critical Settings Recommendations Beyond the five items you inquired about, be sure to check and configure the following two settings in the controller app: Float Voltage: Recommended setting is 41.0V. Once the battery is fully charged, the controller will reduce to this voltage to maintain a trickle charge. For lithium iron phosphate batteries, this voltage should not be set too high. Battery Type Selection: If the app offers “LiFePO4” or “User Defined” options, select one of these. Never choose “Lead Acid Battery,” as the charging voltage and algorithms for lead-acid batteries will severely damage your LiFePO4 battery. Summary The optimal parameter settings for your BougeRV controller are: Parameter Item Recommended Setting Corresponding Single-Cell Voltage Description 1. Boost Charge Voltage 43.2 V 3.60 V Safe full charge, prioritizes lifespan 2. Over-Discharge Recovery Voltage 39.0 V 3.25 V Ensures reconnection only after recovery 3. Over-Discharge Voltage 36.0 V 3.00 V Core protection against over-discharge 4. Light Control Delay Time 5 or 10 minutes - Anti-flicker, select as needed 5. Light Control Voltage On: 5.0V / Off: 6.5V - Off > On, anti-oscillation Final reminder: After initial setup, closely monitor several charge/discharge cycles to confirm system operation is normal.

Large capacity in a small package
The battery was well packaged, it was heavier than expected but it is 5 times more energy dense than the flooded lead acid battery it replaced. The battery management system connected via Bluetooth easily. The stud and terminals appear gold plated, reducing energy loss and corrosion. It came charged to 50 percent, which is perfect for storing. The handles are good and can be easily removed.

Powers a 12v AC unit, BT is Chinese, Battery is strong, solid, good performance & purchase
I have the battery installed in my van to run a 12v AC unit (10K btu). Weight and size worked out great. Power can run the AC for a little over 5hrs on turbo setting. Once it gets to temp, you can almost get 8hrs of run time. The rope handles on the battery are a bit silly. The protrusions that are the handles should be removable. Update: Had some issues that I mentioned to the company and they responded kindly. Provided additional information, specs, and instructions on BT app, since its in Chinese. Hint: you can take a screen shot of what you cant read in instructions, and slip it into ChatGPT to translate it. Buy 2 and you get 660ah for less than a 600ah. Plus they're smaller and stackable compared to the size of a 600ah.

Large capacity battery, great price.
330AH battery arrived with 53% charge and then charge fully without issue. The battery is heavy but very light based on the AH available. I used a 20 amp charger and had no issue charging the battery. The cells are within .001 and .002 v which is great so no balance issues which is important for cell life. I’m very happy with the battery, price, and delivery. Bluetooth was important for me since I have 3 other batteries that use the same app. The app works great and connect no problem.

Do not purchase, they do not honor their 5 year warranty.
Do not purchase any battery from Elefast, they do not honor their 5 year warranty. I purchased two 330Ah batteries May 2025. I have the batteries hooked in parallel with 2/0 coppper cable for my travel trailer. One of the batteries is working fine but the other one failed and will not take a charge. I reported the issue to Elefast who at first responded and had me "what's app" one of their so called engineers who could not fix the problem with the BMS. Now Elefast is completely ignoring any attempt to replace the battery per their 5 year warranty. They have ignored all attempts of communication from Amazon and my self to address the issue.

Lasts longer, lighter, and good value
Replaced 2 100 amp hour deep cycle lead batteries in my 20’ travel trailer with this 1 330 Amp hour LifePO4 and couldn’t be happier. Lasts way longer and recharges faster. Was able to go 3-4 days an off grid a couple of times without worry while traveling thru Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho. Larger than a standard battery but smaller than 2, and way lighter.

Bluetooth app reports incorrect state of charge (SOC)
Bluetooth app reports incorrect state of charge (SOC) 13.6v (3400mV) is full, 12.37v (3092mv) should be empty, right? But even at 12.37v the app still reports (99%) SOC! Why? This happens with two separate apps. The official (XiaoXiangElectric) and the other (BAT-BMS) app, the SOC is all messed up.
