I’ve been on the hunt for low-calorie, high-protein snacks, and it often feels like flavor is the first thing to go. To their credit, these actually taste pretty good when you consider the nutritional trade-off. That said, the packaging and product description are a bit misleading, so it’s important to read the fine print. The “20 grams of protein” claim is per bag, not per serving — and that detail isn’t very prominent. Each bag also contains 380 calories, which is fairly high if you’re specifically looking for a weight-loss-friendly snack. There are other brands that deliver a similar protein amount with significantly fewer calories. That one’s on me as well — I should have checked the nutrition label more carefully before buying. If your goal is a high-protein, low-calorie snack, these may not be the best fit. They’re also relatively high in sodium, which is worth noting.

I am trying to lose weight and these work perfect. They are very crunchy and flavorful. So much satisfaction, that I can get away with just a few and close the bag up. Being the pig that I am, the bag was nearby and calling me an hour later. I then just put the day's portion in a small sandwich bag and had 3 days servings.

The flavor is absolutely amazing but the texture is a bit dry.

Great snack, but higher calorie. It’s a bigger portion snack. The taste is amazing! I found the ‘everything bagel’ to be a tad salty, but still very good. The pizza flavor was the best. The honey mustard was similar to eating any normal honey mustard pretzels. The texture may be a little dry…but very, very, minimal. For a protein pretzel, it’s fresh, tasty, and a quick grab, if you want to get the extra protein. Just be mindful of the calories and salt.
