I've purchased many parts for both of these over the years. I haven't cross referenced parts/#s on the Hummer vs this part but if the purge valve above is a replacement part on the Hummer then the bracket would of course also fit but like I said and I noticed another person or two also said you shouldn't need to order the bracket also and replace the bracket unless it was broken or you broke it when replacing. **Q: Is this the correct part for a Chevy Sonic?** A: Maybe, if it has 6.2 L engine. **Q: What if the part does not fit?** A: Carefully place it back into it's original packaging and send it back for the right one... **Q: My 2006 cobalt ss is dying right after i tie it on when i put gas i was told by a mechanic this will do the trick so that it would no longer shut off** A: My vehicle was showing a code that stated to change this part. It fit and worked perfectly. Code gone and smog test was passed. ## Frequently Bought Together - ACDelco GM Original Equipment 214-1680 Vapor Canister Purge Valve - GM Genuine Parts 23481275 Vapor Canister Vent Valve - ACDelco GM Genuine Parts 215-464 Vapor Canister --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/7233002-214-1680-12597567-vapor-canister-purge-valve](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/7233002-214-1680-12597567-vapor-canister-purge-valve) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
