This white food coloring works great to tone down bright colors and to whiten frosting and icings.

A must have for cookie baking
This is excellent white gel food coloring. I like that it is a large bottle so I don't have to get a bunch of little bottles. I add it to all my icing to act as a primer to give colors a brighter look.
