Apologies if this review is a bit long, I've ordered from amazon for years and shamefully enough this is only the 2nd review (I think) I've ever done. I've never been one to suffer with spots, I'm 38 and the past year I've been getting random painful puss filled spots on my face, the kind that you just have to pop because they are too big and ugly but then 2 days later it's filled back with puss, then another just randomly pops up on your face, well this month I had 6 large, red sore, puss filled, painful spots come up, I put it down to the heat, blocked pores, even hormonal acne. I got so concerned that I even made a doctors appointment (someone who never goes doctors) but these spots were relentless, more and more popping up, anyway I ended up cancelling my doctors appointment as I felt too embarassed to go, thinking they'll think I just care about my looks, the cosmetics. Anyway... I ordered this product on a whim and only after reading a couple reviews, a desperate last attempt. I've put it on my face for 3 days now and the spots are 90% vanished, the hard lumps have gone, little pinkish still but barely visible, to say this stuff has been a miracle for me is an under statement, I know everyone's skin is different and may work for some and not others but this stuff worked amazingly for me.

Had trouble getting this and my usual supplier stopped selling it .Helps keep my skin clear and easy use with a dropper.Ill be using again .

FOR ALL ACNE PRONE PEOPLE !! I am very acne prone and suffered with it for years. THIS is the one thing that got rid of ALL my spots. Obviously everyone’s skin works differently but I stand by this. I dab it only on my spots, within 1-3 days the spots gone but it’s usually flat the next day. If I feel a breakout about to happen I do my whole face but not a lot. I’ve seen a huge difference and I’ve not used any other products for my acne since. I wish I knew about this a long time ago as now I have dark spots form previous spots I had before using the serum but it’s better now than never or even later lolz

Quickly removes blemishes when applied directly onto a spot. However, I wouldn’t recommend using it on your whole face if you have sensitive skin because it is irritating - leaves my face quite sore.

I’ve had these stubborn deep whiteheads for years, and lately (probably hormones kicking in now I’m 43) they’ve been getting worse. A skin specialist basically told me to leave them alone and they’d either go away or come to the surface… but honestly, they were just annoying me too much. After a bit of research (and not wanting to spend loads on expensive brands), I gave this a go because the reviews looked decent. I noticed a difference within about 3 days, which I wasn’t expecting at all. I’m now on day 8 and the change is huge — most of them have gone, and the ones that are left are way smaller. I just use a couple of drops before bed, then cleanse in the morning and moisturise like normal. The spots do feel a dry during the day, but nothing uncomfortable or obvious. Genuinely impressed with this. I already use a few products from The Ordinary, but this one is on another level. Definitely sticking with it — and I’ll be using it on spots as well.

If u have acne please buy this I struggled to find something taht worked especially because I have oily skin , and this and the ordinary salasilic acid cleanser work so well and got rid of most of my spots because from doing research I found out the salasilic acid can help clear spots and oily skin but if u use it without having oily skin then use moisturiser because it’s quite drying

I have been using The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Solution for years, and it has become one of my favorite skincare products. I have very sensitive skin, and this serum helps calm and reduce my active pimples without causing irritation. It works well on blemish-prone skin and leaves my skin feeling smoother over time. I also love the simple and hygienic packaging. If you have sensitive skin and struggle with occasional breakouts, I would definitely recommend giving this product a try.

Franchement super sérum. Je l’ai pris pour les imperfections et on voit vraiment la différence en seulement quelques jours. Les boutons diminuent plus vite, la peau est plus nette et plus lisse. Ça aide aussi à désincruster les pores sans agresser la peau. Je n’ai pas eu de grosse réaction, juste une légère sensation au début mais rien de méchant. La texture est fluide, ça pénètre rapidement et ça ne laisse pas la peau collante. Pour le prix, c’est vraiment top. Très bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande.

Muy contenta con este producto. Hay que utilizarlo con prudencia, porque si se abusa seca mucho la piel, pero aplicándolo uno o dos días a la semana, por la noche, es genial. Deja una piel muy bonita y ayuda a contralar imperfecciones y a mejorar la apariencia de los poros.

Ho acquistato questo siero per aiutare a tenere sotto controllo imperfezioni e punti neri, e nel complesso mi è sembrato un buon prodotto. La texture è leggera, si assorbe abbastanza velocemente e non lascia la pelle appiccicosa. Usato con costanza, aiuta a rendere la pelle più pulita e uniforme, soprattutto nelle zone più soggette a impurità. Come tutti i prodotti a base di acido salicilico, va usato con attenzione per evitare di irritare la pelle. Nel complesso lo trovo efficace e adatto a chi cerca un trattamento mirato senza una sensazione pesante sulla pelle.

Product is perfect, I gave 1 star for the delivery, he did not call before delivery to confirm my presense at home , he left the package at the door unattended, and could have been easily stolen :(
