I found it worked well around the doors for sound and heating , stopped the drafts Just clean the surface first before applying

Good quality and easy to install
This weather-stripping was easy to apply, sticks well, and immediately helped reduce drafts around my doors/windows. The material is flexible, cuts cleanly, and the roll is long enough. It won’t fully soundproof a room, but it noticeably reduces noise and seals medium-sized gaps well. Overall, great value for the price.
