I take this product every day. I have IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) and more food allergies and sensitivities than anyone I have ever met in my entire life. Not only am I able to take this product because of the lack of fillers and other unnecessary ingredients, but it actually helps improve my symptoms and gives me a better quality of life. I do find it a bit pricey, to be honest, but the results keep me coming back for more!

Everyone is different, but I personally didn’t notice any improvement to my digestive symptoms. If anything, the product seemed to make me feel a tad more bloated than normal. That’s probably more a reflection on me and my sensitive stomach, though, and not a reflection on the product. The product itself seems very high-quality. If they had any benefits, they weren’t readily apparent. The pills smell a little cheesy, but that’s to be expected with post-biotics. The scent was very subtle and didn’t bother me. The pills didn’t have an unpleasant taste, and they were easy to swallow. I believe they’re priced appropriately for what you’re getting. The manufacturer seems very reputable. I was offered a refund, which I appreciated. Reviewing supplements is difficult, because even a high-quality product might not agree with you. But I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another product from this seller. Great service, and they really seem to care. That’s definitely worth noting.

Few people understand how Tributyrin works for the gut. It feeds good bacteria, kills bad bacteria, and also repairs the gut barrier. If people have lots of bad bacteria or archaea in their small intestine, histamine will be released on the microbes' death and cause gut issues temporarily. This is a good thing. You need to keep taking it until the gut biome is balanced, and the gut barrier is repaired, much like probiotics, or even like a detox supplement. It's fantastic and helped me considerably...when it wasn't rancid. Beware. This product is super unstable and goes rancid super fast. There is a pungent smell (and deep yellow transparent caps), and that's normal for this kind of fatty acid, but if the smell becomes musty or ultra-sour (and cloudy appearance), it's gone rancid. When Tributyrin becomes rancid, it becomes very dangerous. Be SURE that yours is NOT rancid if you're going to take it. I've decided that after 4 months of use, this product has become too risky to continue to use and will no longer continue it. But again, it did overall help me considerably through a terribly, terribly difficult (miserable) gut repair program. (My gut was a disaster and needed major fixing.)
