Balanced Coverage, AthleteโMindedโA Thoughtful Daily Multi with Phytonutrients
Hello Amazonians! Sean "The Tester" Chao here, back with another review for you! Today I am reviewing Multi Plus Phyto - Comprehensive Multivitamin & Phytonutrient Blend - Nutrition for Athletes - Highly Absorbable Vitamins, Minerals & Plant-Based Compounds - 120 Capsules Functionality: This supplement provides a wide spectrum of vitamins, minerals, and plant extracts in one bottleโconvenient for athletes and busy people who want a single daily capsule routine. The formulation includes wellโknown phytonutrients (lutein, lycopene, resveratrol, blueberry and citrus extracts, broccoli seed extract) alongside core micronutrients, making it easy to supplement gaps without juggling multiple products. Capsules are standard size and straightforward to swallow with water. Durability: The 120โcapsule bottle is a practical supply for a month or two depending on dose; packaging is sturdy and seals tightly to protect contents during storage and travel. I saw no issues with capsule integrity or offโodors on arrival, and the product labeling is clear about being glutenโ and dairyโfree. Aesthetics: Simple, clean labeling communicates the formulation focus and dietary exclusions clearly. The bottle is compact and travelโfriendly, and the ingredient list is easy to reference when planning a supplement routine. Final Verdict: Multi Plus Phyto is a convenient, wellโrounded daily product for those seeking broad micronutrient coverage plus a selection of plantโbased phytonutrients in a single capsule. Itโs thoughtfully designed for clean diets (glutenโ and dairyโfree) and fits neatly into an athleteโs or active personโs routine. As always, consult a healthcare professional to confirm it aligns with your individual needs. This Product Earns the Sean Seal of Approval!

Good but expensive and the bottle is hard to read
I can't say for sure how well Designs for Sport's Multi+ Phyto Multivitamin works, as I take multiple supplements, and any benefit I'm experiencing could easily be from something else, or merely a placebo effect. That said, I generally like the supplement. At the time of this review, it costs $66.49, which works out to $2.22 per day, assuming you take the recommended dose of 4 capsules. Compared to similar supplements I've tried, that's really expensive. Fortunately for me, the dose shown is waaaay too high for me (over 8,000% of B12?!?), so I'm only taking 1-2 capsules per day. The capsules are large, which makes them difficult for me to swallow anyway, though I know that's pretty normal for multivitamins. I especially like that it's methylated because I have the MTHFR mutation. (But, still, over 8,000% of B12?!? That's insane! Great way to overload your kidneys unnecessarily.) However, I'm not happy that the ingredient list is very blurry and difficult to read, and there's no indication of 3rd party testing.

Works ok but kind of expensive
I ordered this multi for my husband who regularly takes a multi. The capsules had no off odors or tastes. They were ok for him to swallow. They seem to work okay. There are 120 capsules in the bottle with a recommended dose of 4 per day. If you follow their guidelines that makes this a 30-day supply. These are more expensive at the current price than his regular brand so we wouldnโt get them again unless there is a lower price change.

Capsules are better
I like these multivitamin capsules better than tablets. Tablets have a weird taste and smell to them, but not these capsules, so they're easier to swallow. Each capsule has a good variety of vitamins plus natural antioxidants from blueberries and grapes. Compared to regular multivitamins, I think these extra antioxidants give more of a health and energy boost. Definitely worth the higher price tag in my opinion.

Lots of trademarked proprietary ingredients, but solid overall
This DESIGNS FOR SPORT Multi Plus Phyto has an impressive list of ingredients that seems to provide a really comprehensive panel, especially if you're an athlete. While I'm not an athlete myself, I definitely understand the power of a good multivitamin. They've packed a lot into these pills, so it's not surprising that the recommended dose is four pills a day, taken as two doses. I did notice that there are several 'registered trademark' ingredients listed, and the thing with those is that you don't really know exactly what you're getting without doing some extensive research on each specific blend. You have to trust that the distributor has done their due diligence in vetting what they're putting into the pills. However, considering everything this multivitamin offers, it's quite impressive, and the company does seem to be well-trusted and transparent overall.

A great All in 1!
This supplement covers all the vitamins and minerals one needs. One does is quite large, 4 pills, but they are normal sized and there is a 30 day supply in the bottle. The cost is a bit much, but it's an investment in your health. I feel good about this brand, after looking at their website, I learned that Designes for Sport is a team of nutritionists who started manufacturing their own supplements after noticing gaps in the market. One thing I would suggest is that the ingredient label print on the bottle is difficult to read, it could be a bit larger, and the barcode sticker covers part of it.

A decent blend of vitamins, minerals and "extras" but with %DVs at four tablets per day
This is a standard multi-vitamin with some extras such as wild blueberry blend, bioflavonoids, a "broccoli blend", resveratrol and some others. While the portions / %DV are fine (>100% for most) those percentages are based on four tablets per day. With one tablet per day, you'd be getting less than 100% of most of the vitamins and minerals in this supplement. To me, in my opinion, this is a cheap and unfair marketing strategy. Expecting a user to take four tabs each day is unreasonable and reduces the span of this product to only 30 days worth. For this reason, I cannot recommend this product.
