Useful and helpful
Excellent book. Easily adaptable and brought in to your daily routine. Author explains why we never need a diet plan and that is very logical.

Too good and just amazing
Too good and just amazing. It is actually about common sense which is not common. For example : Having fruits in empty stomach makes so much sense since they are easily digestible by the body and certainly should not be mixed with other kinds of food like carbs. and proteins.. But all this while we used to prefer having it after food and when the stomach would bloat, feel acidic, have gas, etc. we would complain that the fruit does not "suit" me. A simple tip of having the fruit in an empty stomach and then after about half an hour having other foods makes me feel so energetic and certainly, there is no acidity even if I have citrus fruits like oranges. Its a great read.

It's the timing that makes the difference
A simple yet awesome book, that has profoundly affected the way me and my family eat. We did not realise that a mere change of timings can so dramatically affect the nutrition value of the food we eat. Its been many months that a medicine has not been had at home

Sure shot way to Weight Management and Good Health..
Excellent book to understand our daily body cycles. What role food plays in our overall well being. How and when aspect of food is handled very well with proper logics better than I have ever known or read any where..

Its an okayish read.
Fit for Life is an okay read for Indians. The basic sum up of the book is eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables from morning till evening and for dinner one can have a properly combined meal. I was hoping the book would emphasize more on food combining, i.e. which food types can be easily combined to get maximum benefit but it touches on this topic very briefly. There are a few controversial points ex- yoghurt, they say that milk and milk products including yoghurt isnt good for humans but in the 1 month planned meals recipe section they have given yoghurt-cucumber raita recipe. So they are contradicting there own matter. The planned meals are not Indian prima facie, so the book will leave you more confused. Only one thing worth implementing from the book is to have fruits on an empty stomach and have tea/coffee (any caffeine drinks) after 12 pm.
