first of all when I placed the order I expexted the same colour for the bag ,because of the colour I wanted the bag , unfortunately got a more dark brown bag that was a little bit disappointing about it . the description said the bag can hold lap top of width 16inches but mine is15.6 inches it barely fits in some how managed to fit in , material quality is good no doubtIs it possible to get a replacement item as same as the one image provided ?

Lock and belt very poor.Stitches started getting brokenInside cloth too badUse the best polish but outside remain dusty

I gifted this to my brother and he loved it !!! Good quality leather and ample of space for carrying everything u need for a office

Really good product. But, more number of books, large water bottle and files can not carry while comparing to the school & college bags.Quality of the bag is good.

The bag is exactly as advertised, so no mismatch of expectations!It is spacious and feels robust & sturdy.My only observation after using for 2 weeks regularly is that it picks up scratches easily.Will update after using it for a few more weeks

Absolutely beautiful and very classy looking bag at a very reasonable price. The bag is big enough to hold my 17" laptop and all its accessories with plenty of compartments to spare. The stitching is great and the brass metal parts look appropriate. The leather strap is reinforced with nylon and looks sturdy.Now the problem:I was hesitant to order the bag as I had read that it leaves stains on clothes. Upon receiving the bag, the first thing I did was to test it for staining. I rubbed a clean piece of tissue paper and the dye did bleed only the paper. I then tried carrying the bag to see if it would transfer dye to my clothes. After carrying it around for about 10 minutes there were no dye stains on my maroon colored shorts or black T shirt. So my advice is , if you do carry the bag around with you, do not wear light colors.Update after 3 years of use:I used it for 6 months because it looked so cool. But then I gave up. Its way too heavy and uncomfortable to carry with its single strap. I have now realised in order to comfortably carry a 17in laptop you need a backpack format bag.

Beautifully designed and well made

Excellent quality and is exactly what was advertised. The only downside is the outside pockets are smaller than what I though they would be. The two top pockets are not even big enough to hold a small bluetooth mouse for my laptop. Other than that this is a great product of excellent quality.

Great bag.....plenty of pockets for travel items. Fantastic for air carry on

This bag arrived today, so I haven't yet had an opportunity to put it to work, but am impressed with the immense care put into packaging and the feel of the product. The leather is a uniform color, with a rubbed (somewhat velvety) feel, and semi-pliable. It isn't the soft, natural leather that readily conforms to your body shape or sags when empty, but neither is is rigid and stiff. In fact, it seems well-suited to the practical, daily use to which I aim to put it, lugging books, pens, pencils, iPad 9.7 and a 13" laptop, iPhone 6 Plus, a paper notebook and usually a few folders - oh, and a couple cables for the electronics. Yes, it all fits, snugly, but fine. I can't additionally add in my portable speaker, but then again, I'm not always carrying all that other stuff when I mean to take along my speaker.There is no unpleasant smell at all, unlike another bag I purchased recently. The Leaderachi has an unfamiliar, but faint smell when I sniff it close up - not unpleasant, but not like the smell of natural leather.I feel confident about the construction of this bag concerning looks, durability, and usage, and am more than pleased with its looks. This was definitely a win-win purchase, price and quality for me, sales for Leaderachi. If you're looking for an attractive, high-quality messenger bag for various and sundry duties, at an equally attractive price, this is one you should put in your top choices.

I was very pleased with the quality of the product when I first received it. However after about a year of use, the hardware on the end of the strap broke. I contacted the company and they said they would send a new strap. In fact, they said it had been shipped and they would send me a tracking number. When it didn't arrive, I emailed them again and they said they would ship it as soon as possible. I tried to make due in the meantime by using a temporary chain link to hold up one end of the strap. Within a few months (still waiting on my strap), the other side also broke. So the hardware was just clearly defective. I was very patient because they said that things were delayed because of the pandemic. But after a year of emailing back and forth, they finally quit responding (I wasn't rude in anyway. They just decided to ghost me.) I contacted Amazon and they said because too much time had passed, they could no longer issue a refund. So after carrying my work-related materials around in lunchboxes, disposable plastic bags, and cardboard boxes like some sort of hobo, I've finally given up and decided to purchase a new product. While the bag itself seemed well-made, I would not recommend using this company because of the quality of the hardware and because ultimately they did not stand behind their product. I gave two stars instead of one because I really liked the design of the bag itself. But it's not much good without a way to carry it. :(
