It is not suitable for me, but I cannot return it. It is expensive, doesn't help me and such a waste of money. The sugar level is so high, it is too sweet! The mint chocolate flavour is awful, the caramel is a bit better. But it is too sweet for those severe GERD/LPR person even to swallow it.

My Gastrointestinal Specialist recommended these to me to help with heartburn and they really do help! I have not noticed any bad side effects. They aren’t much more money than over the counter meds but they aremuch more natural than a lot of meds out there. The individual packets make it easy to take with me and use wherever I’m at. The two flavors aren’t bad either.

The taste isn’t great. I put them in the very back of my mouth and swallow quickly. The quality of the product is very good though. It provides so much relief for my silent reflux especially at nighttime while I’m sleeping. I’ve tried pills but this product does a much more thorough job for me. I prefer the caramel over the mint in the chocolate.

My gastroenterologist recommended this and wow, it works. Whenever I feel reflux coming on, I take some (guessing at the amount), and it eliminates or at least reduces the sensation. And it actually tastes good. I get the tube for home and the little packets for travel.

I love this product. It tastes great and really works. I did have a bag arrive damaged and Amazon wouldn’t allow returns/refunds, but the seller was responsive.
