These Kind Patches Energy Patches Extra Strong worked great for me! I cleaned the application area with rubbing alcohol, let it dry completely, and then applied the patch. About 45 minutes later, I noticed a boost in my energy. I also felt like it helped curb my appetite. There was no taste, no skin irritation, and no unwanted side effects. I have used one sheet and the best place for me is the shoulder. I tried my wrist it didn't stick well. I don't feel any difference while wearing it have tried it without any other energy substance tossed if i can tell the difference. So maybe it need to build up idk but I will keep using cause it was 14 bucks

Put them on every day I never seen a difference. I think it was a waste of money.

I notice i have more energy, a little bit. It's my 3rd day. Maybe they have to build up in your system. I'm not sure I'd say it's amazing. At least not yet. If that changes, I'll report back.

I can actually feel the energy boost from wearing the patch. It does seem to subside or slow down after a few hours.

This is my 3rd order buying the EXTRA strength patches and for the 1st time receiving what I actually ordered. The first 2 times I received the regular strength patches. Thank you for correcting this. The patches really do work. I wear this one and the Mood dopamine serratonin patch. They really help me and I've noticed a huge change in my busy days. I bought these as I am a courier and get tired later in the day, I was a bit sceptical at first but after a few times using them I started to see the difference and stopped being tired and had more energy when I needed it at the back end of my shift. I would recommend these if anyone was to ask and will be buying more.

I wish is was as strong as expected from an "extra strong" label. I used to have a mug of black coffee in the morning to get me started, otherwise my blood pressure would drop and fatigue and a headache would take over. Now i cannot drink coffee due to stomag problem and this patch gives me some energy and I don't have the headache that I used to have. I wish there was a stronger patch.

They do work, however for someone who loves coffee, it's not great as the main ingredient is caffeine. I had it on one hour and decided to take it off. I think everyone is different so it might help someone who doesn't drink coffee on a drip. I won't give up coffee for a patch and I have a high tolerance for caffeine. My tip would be if you don't drink coffee, they might work for you. I might try the dopamine ones 🤔
