This essential oil works well in my humidifier and has a nice, noticeable aroma that helps create a calming atmosphere. It does the job and is definitely a more budget-friendly option compared to other brands I’ve used. That said, I personally prefer the scent profile of doTERRA oils, which feel a bit smoother and more balanced to me. This one is still a solid alternative if you’re looking for something more affordable, just not quite my top favorite. Overall, it’s a good value and works as expected—I’d buy it again when I want a cheaper option.

The product is great. Helps with breathing in the shower or in the steam humidifier. I haven't used it in a cool mist humidifier, but it should work just fine in that too. I wish it had been packaged better this time. The seal wasn't broken, but the kids were loosened and some of the essential oils leaked out. I could smell them before I even opened the shipping box.

GuruNanda is a reputable brand, but I always bought DoTerra. I thought I would give this a try for the price and quick shippng. I actually like it better, because it has licorice in it and helps me to breathe easier. I take this with me to cover up any chemical or perfumy smells that may irritate my lungs or cause a headache.

Scent is nice, but the bottle was leaking when delivered. The seal was not broken, but the lid clearly did not get secured fully.
