I received the S30 model as a gift from my daughter because I’ve been having trouble with my eyesight, making it hard to monitor things on a small screen. This feeder is wonderful! The feeding bowl is larger than on other models I’ve tried. I already had a dual feeder from the same company, which I loved and passed on to my daughter. The S30’s compact, sleek design fits perfectly next to my bathroom setup, keeping it out of the way from anything harmful. One feature I truly appreciate is the wet food compartment that comes with ice packs — such a thoughtful touch! Best of all is the app. I can easily enlarge the screen on my tablet or phone to set feeding timers, which is incredibly helpful if I can’t physically get up or when I’m away, like at the hospital. It even tracks how often my fluffy friend eats and lets me add a cute profile picture! As someone with a disability, this feeder has made daily life so much easier. I use it every day and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend it!

Ordered this on 08/21 - it is 9/13 and the machine has stopped working. I checked the power cord is working, and it has backup batteries. The wifi button and manual feed buttons are unresponsive. Seller has reached out to me and offered a refund. Even though the product didn’t work I appreciate them reaching out and refunding me

My husband and I purchased this product . However, it did not meet the expectations we’d expected. The product did not operate as expected, plus the App associated with the product is so confusing and definitely need improvement. Our major issues were the dry food on dispensing , the wet food compartment never opened . As a result, our cat missed a feeding and only relied on the dry food that was dispensed hours ago. As far as the APP, it’s an absolute joke because it’s unclear on program wet / dry food , times and other. We contacted the manufacturer and received no response so we simply returned the product.
