Ube flavor has essence of pulple yam, similar to sweet potato yam, but not sweet

Q: Why is it labeled ube flavor when there’s no ube extract or flavor listed in the ingredients? Ube is a tuber and definitely not a sweet potato.

It’s similar to imitation vanilla extract where the flavor is the same but since it doesn’t use real ube it’s significantly cheaper
