Buyer Beware! My experience with this seller has been extremely disappointing. The product I received was defective and did not function from the moment it was delivered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this seller. What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of effective after-sales support. Despite reporting what appeared to be a manufacturing defect, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. This has left me with a product that was unusable. I also expected a much better customer experience from Amazon. Customers should not have to struggle to get help when they receive a defective product. I hope Amazon reviews the performance of third-party sellers more strictly and takes appropriate action against those who consistently fail to provide adequate customer support. Until this seller demonstrates reliable product quality and customer service, I would advise other buyers to exercise caution before purchasing.

I am a PA and this is a lifesaver. I work in a crowded Emergency room and the noise reduction + amplification is the best thing this product offers. Its loud, crisp sounds that you can't get with a traditional stethoscope, not even the high end littmann cardiology stethoscopes

El producto viene con su empaque íntegro y bien protegido. Es increíble cómo mejora la auscultación cardíaca y registra telemetría de forma rápida y guarda una copia en el celular. He tenido algunos problemas para modificar el registro de los pacientes en la aplicación pero son cosas menores que seguramente repararan en actualizaciones.
