These are great! I love the Dr Poppi (Doc Pop) flavor especially as a alternative to Dr. Pepper. (Although I'm not certain he ever actually got his degree...) These are great tasting alternatives to those sugar bombs that everyone used to drink. They have lots of fizz and a good carbonation level. Nothing Artificial. They have healthy additives like natural probiotics from Apple Cider Vinegar. And they are sweetened with a bit of real cane sugar and Apple juice Extract. At only 30 calories per can, whats not to love? They are low calorie and the soda inspired flavors like doc pop have a small amount of caffeine, 40 mg, for a bit of extra energy. If you are looking for a way to lose weight and avoid a lot of chemicals, these are super effective.. When soda calls, wanting you back, let him down easy. The ingredients are Sparkling Water, Cassava Root Fiber, Organic Cane Sugar, Natural Flavors, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Apple Juice Concentrate, Organic Agave Inulin, Stevia Leaf Extract, Natural Tartaric Acid, Natural Caffeine. Me and my kids absolutely LOVE Poppi drinks! It's a great value purchasing a bulk bundle like this, plus these are the best flavors too! Highly recommend. Low in sugar and feels like a treat they taste so good. Always high quality and they have health benefits to them as well! Great product and will be ordering again!

I LOVE Poppi and have been drinking them for years. The variety pack I ordered was a great price too, which is awesome since these can get very expensive in stores. They aren’t incredibly fizzy like some regular sodas but it’s just enough. My favorite flavors are cherry cola and cherry limeade. I got a variety pack with the classic sodas and I enjoy all of those flavors. I haven’t experienced any obviously health benefits drinking these, personally (at least from what I can tell) but I have a coworker who also drinks Poppi and says they help a lot with her digestion. They do, however, keep me drinking enough fluids, which is great since it can be hard for me to get enough water throughout the day. They are sweet enough but don’t taste overly sweet; they’re low in sugar so I don’t feel “guilty” after drinking these on a semi-regular basis. They also have a little bit of caffeine but not enough to where it makes you jittery if you drink the whole can quickly. I am a Poppi glazer… can’t recommend these drinks enough ;)

I LOVE Poppi!!! I have a messed up stomach. It works miracles on my stomach when I have issues. This soda is amazing for not being actually what soda is made of. The flavors are spot on. I will say I'm not a big ginger fan so I have to drink it really cold. To me the warmer it gets the more you can taste the ginger. My favorites are Dr. Pop, & Cherry Cola. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. I only buy it when it's on sale. $2.50 a can can get expensive when you drink 1 a day.
