In order to enjoy this product, you have to have perspective
I personally love these muffins. I have them every morning when Im at work for breakfast and it really keeps my bad starbucks habit in check. A few things to note: 1. If you are expecting a super sweet cupcake like muffin then you are not going to like this product. It is not very sweet, but I enjoy the sweetness it does have. I used to put some sweetner in it, but Ive stopped. I dont near it and its pretty yums. Fast and easy way to have a healthy and protein filled breakfast in the morning. 2. For those that complain about the taste or the texture of this muffin, you need to do a few things. I personally make it with water at this point and Im fine. However it does taste better with milk or a plant based milk as the liquid to stir into the powder. Dont put a ton of liquid in it though! If you do, all of the little chocolate chips and what not will sink the the bottom. It should have a pudding like texture when its mixed well. And last, put it in the microwave for a bit under 1 min. You may have to play around with this because every microwave is different, but around 45-55 seconds might do so you dont dry it out too much. Last, if you dont like that this has very little sweetness, then you can add a packet if your favorite sweetner and stir it in before you cook it. I love this muffin. It fills me up pretty well and tastes pretty good. The chocolate lovers variety pack is my favorite and Ill be getting more soon!

LOVE THEM. wish they were cheaper.
Are there 10 stars I can give these?? LOVE THEM. 1/4 cup of water , stir, microwave and viola! DELISH. feels like you're eating dessert. No aftertaste. No fake sweetener taste. Also I love it's sweet without the sugar rush I get from actual sweets. Plus all the protein. WIN WIN. Only complaint is I wish they were less expensive.

An actual Amazon review you can trust
Unlike most Amazon reviews these days, I like to actually spend time using a product (at the very least several weeks) before I write a review. Most of us want to know whether we will still like what we bought months to years down the road. That being said, these "Mighty Muffins" definitely fit the bill. I have tried nearly every single flavor Mighty Muffin (except pumkin) thus far and have been eating these for over a month now and can tell you from an intermediate bodybuilder's perspective, these are great for cutting with a sweet tooth. The macros on these things have been awesome! For a 50-gram, 220-240-calorie snack, the break down is about F-18, C-42, P-40, with each muffin containing 20 grams of protein! For those who don't track or care about macros, the flavor is great; some better than others, but in my opinion, every flavor has been really tasty -- especially paired with a cup of black coffee. The texture will depend on how long you microwave it, but I like mine to be moist (sorry about that adjective, as I am aware at least 60% of the US population cringe at it), so I'm at about 30-ish seconds in the radiation box. This brings me to the common mistakes people make when preparing these. First, I would recommend a relatively powerful microwave -- one that can pop a large bag of popcorn in under 2 mins (about 1200 watts). The reason is, I have tried microwaving these in weaker-powered microwaves and can never get the end result the way I want it. It will end up either too dry, or too underdone. Also, follow the recommendation for liquid to dry ingredients. It says 1/4 cup of water, so don't use more or less and measure out 1/4 cup of water. Stir COMPLETELY until all of the dry is fully incorporated with the wet and forms somewhat of a dough. Finally, after microwaving, if you like *moist* (sorry again), then microwave and let sit for 60 seconds or so before consuming. The cooking process will continue after the microwave stops as the heat escapes the cup. These are definitely NOT for those who are on a budget. They are insanely expensive. If you're looking for low-cost protein products, keep looking, because these aren't it. If you can afford the high cost, however, they are a tasty treat that won't stick to the belly.

Delicious!
I’ve been getting these for about a year now. It’s a great protein supplement that serves as delicious breakfast or a snack. It is genuinely good. You’ll have to see how it works with your microwave because different microwaves have different cooking abilities. The directions are 1/4 cup of water, mix WELL, and cook for like 30 seconds. I cook mine for 45 to 50 seconds because it often comes out wet in the middle. Which still tastes good, like hot pudding or cake mix. My mother likes to add chopped nuts to hers after she cooks it, that is really good too. I love the chocolate flavors but the others are good as well. I highly recommend these to anyone needing to add protein to their diet and also want a delicious healthy snack/ quick on the go breakfast or whatever. Really good 😋

Pricey, but good
The price is a little high for these, but it's one of the few products my kids really enjoy so it's worth it! And I love that it has protein so we all stay full until lunch. They're quick and easy, the kids can make them without my help, and so far we like all the flavors.

Decent Substitute
I've been buying these for probably 8 yrs or so. I have to limit my carb intake so can't have regular muffins. I've tried all of the flavors and stick with the chocolate lovers variety pack. I take them on trips because most of the time hotels offer only carb laden options like muffins, pancakes, waffles, sugared cereals, etc. If the dining room doesn't have a microwave, I'll ask a staff member to cook it for 55 seconds in the kitchen. (I take my own Trop 50 orange juice, too) You have to work out how much water to add for your microwave. For me, it's a skosh over 2 ounces. Otherwise it's really dry. I usually toss in some sliced or chopped, unsalted nuts. The box that was delivered this week had one cup that was half open so the powder was everywhere! That was a nice mess to clean up, and because half of it was gone, I had to toss the cup. These are not cheap so that was annoying. If you think you're going to get a Marie Calendars' muffin, you're not. But for those of us on limited carb and sugar diets, they work.

Yummy
I’ve tried all the flavors and they are all really good. Simple to make and high in protein which keeps me full longer.

Terrible. A complete lie and you can't return it.
UPDATE: I hate this stuff. After reading all the great reviews, I decided to purchase both packs to try each flavor. It was $60! There was absolutely no mention that I could not return it. I really thought this product was going to be a good protein bar replacement with my morning coffee. Had this been a good tasting product, I would have chalked up the "goo in a cup" to the usual hype these supplement marketing companies produce BUT this stuff is has a terrible texture and the flavor taste like chemicals. I hate it and I cannot return it. OLD REVIEW: The pictures show a delicious muffin complete with a muffin top and cake like texture. What emerged from my microwave was a twisted mass of goo that tastes like a bad protein shake you cooked in the microwave. $30 for a delicious muffin with 20gr protein was asking a lot but I really wanted to believe they had something special here. It appears they do not. This is protein powder in a cup. Refund please.
