Cuida tus dientes!
Laven sus dientes por lo menos 2 veces al dia, usen productos con fluoruro (pasta dental y enjuague) pero no se lo traguen! Y las pastillitas 'Zellies' 3 o 4 veces.

Surprisingly Powerful Breath Mints with added benefits.
I love all the Zellie's Xylitol Mints. When I first bought them, I thought I'd just get fresher breath, which I did, but even better: these mints seem to melt away food particles right off my teeth. It's like they activate saliva so the food left in your mouth from eating just slides right off. I use these as part of a complete holistic mouth-cleaning routine, so they're part of my program. The variety of flavors is awesome, and the low carb count makes it a good choice for anyone watching their carb intake. Supposedly they make teeth stronger (just don't take the whole bottle in one mouthful). Overall, I'm happy I found these; I bring a few with me everywhere I go in case I eat and need to freshen up.

Tasty, bit pricey though.
I do like these, just seem a bit more expensive than just buying a whole bunch in a bag. Kind of a good option to keep at a desk, though I mostly just buy the small Pur mint containers and refill from the bigger bags.
