These are amazingly smooth wheels that are quiet and added the perfect height to my office chair. I use my desk to study a lot and roll around the room in my chair to pick stuff up from the printer or get a paper or book I need from my bookcase, and these wheels roll very easily, smoothly and very quietly. Importantly, because I have wooden floors, they haven't caused any scratching or damage to the floors either. Made from durable material that doesn't look or feel cheap or like it's going to fall apart. I recommend these if you're tired of your creaky, slow, loud or scratchy chair wheels!

I installed them on my son's Balance Ball Chair in under 5 minutes! My 11 year old is going into middle school and I wanted to get him a Balance Ball Chair to keep him focused while he did his homework. I rec'd the chair, but it had awful wheels and we have beautiful wide plank solid wood floors throughout the house. I bought these after reading review after review on almost all the wheels designated for hard wood floors. I was not disappointed, they are amazing! They glide right over the floor without scuffing or marking it up. I do recommend you to be careful, as the wheels make the chair extremely fast. I love this because with the Balance Ball Chair he will also not only strengthen his core muscles, but now his legs as well while doing his homework. I'm so delighted, I'm replacing my office chair and adding a set of these to my Balance Ball Chair as well. Definitely recommend!!!!

These are being used on a tiled work area where alot of sewing is being done. So far they are working out very well. Very quiet and smooth on the tile surface. Very little thread being gathered around the axles. They have been in use for about a month so I will follow up with an update on the longevity/durability.

Great value for the money. Highly recommend for anyone looking for smoother wheels on their chair. These style wheels are great for rolling on hard surfaces. Even traversing up and off the low carpet in my study. Keeps my floor from being scratched up. Easy to install.

I work in the inventory supply department for a medium sized (100-150) person company, and we have heavily utilized the industry standard Cadence Nesting chairs for our staff for the past several years. The chairs are great but, unfortunately, the wheels tend to wear out before the more durable polyurethane backing. Ordering more wheels from the supplier Regency directly has been a problematic and ends up being pretty expensive with the amount of chairs we utilize. I bought a small, single-use sample of these wheels to test out and I have to say they're incredible. More durable than the wheels from the supplier, and much cheaper. They somehow seem smoother than the supplier's (on carpet and linoleum), and fit into our chairs like a glove. I plan on ordering a bulk shipment soon to service the remainder of our chairs.

I bought 2 sets of these wheels for my son's Herman Miller Aeron Chair and my wife's. They are amazingly quiet and smooth. The only downside is that the minimum height of the Aeron chair increases by about 1/2-3/4" of an inch. If you use your Aeron at the lowest setting, be aware of the height increase.

Ball bearing fell out of the wheels in less than a year. Bearings falling out everywhere. I reached out to customer service and was told they need "days" to evaluate and activate warranty, while my office chair is unusable. I have to roll my chair between multiple desk every few mins. Ended up ordering Lifelong brand for same day delivery, opposed to waiting "days" for OfficeLogix to approve a replacement of obviously defective product. I would definitely avoid this brand

Might be the photo angle, but I was expecting a more rectangular shaped wheel. These look exactly like Roller-Blade wheels, and do not have the brand logo embossed, as shown. Not sure if they were substituted, or this is a minor variation. Could have bought other Roller-Blade casters for less. They roll very freely (new) on hardwood floors. Easy replacement on my 5-caster, office style chair. I will follow up with my experience after using them for a while.
