Right then folks, grab a pen and paper and take note.I have never had anything go up there before and when seeing the size of these wax crayon like rockets I was sooo worried.Follow these instructions and I promise it will make all the difference. (They came from a friend of mine who has spent a lot of time in HMP)From standing, squat down with both feet flat on the floor, insert suppository and stand up. Woooosh it's gone and it doesn't take long to take effect. Its a little itchy for a few mins but that subsides pretty quickly. Congratulations you are a changed man.
