THIS STUFF WORKS GREAT !……
This stuff works. I was skeptical but I did what the directions said to do, which was to clean the area where the birds had been pooping. They would sit on our patio fan and our roll out awning which covered our patio but not anymore. We spread the substance on our fan cage and on the arms of our roll out awning. It’s been almost 2 weeks and we haven’t had a sparrow or a swallow sitting anywhere around our patio. Yay !…..

Stands up to the Arizona heat.
Well, I’m not one typically do a review. But the complexity of this one struck a cord with me. My first hesitation was in regards to wondering if it would just melt off in our AZ heat. Saw another review that said it would not. I totally agree. It stayed put and did not get fazed by our summer heat one bit. I was so happy with results of the first tube that I ordered another one but was still a bit short even after 2. The birds were gone instantly. It was amazing. My cars were getting assaulted by the birds. Like beyond belief. It was easy to install, not visually offensive. But then about the time the 3rd tube showed up, so did the monsoons. Here is where I lost a bit of my excitement. The leaves and sticks dropping from the tree in the storms would land in the gel and then fall further onto our cars. So about 3-4 weeks in and I was totally regretting my decision. I hesitated to use the 3rd one I ordered. Birds were gone, but now I had the most sticky gel spots, all over my cars. At this point I totally regretted putting this up. A few more weeks passed and I started to get a little bit of bird droppings again in one spot. I ventured up into the tree to find one area I didn’t get very well. I also noticed that most of the gel had a nice coating of very small debris, bugs and other fun stuff. I had also noticed the amount of gel hitting the cars had slowed way down as well. So I decided to go ahead and use the 3 tube on the spot I missed, and the other areas I hadn’t done. That was about 3 weeks or so ago. Still not getting much at all of the gel coated leaves and sticks coming down. At this point I’m torn, I don’t know if I would go this route or try using the spikes. The other down fall is as the branches grow down they blow and get into the gel also, so then when I trim anything in that area, I’m getting to a bit of a sticky mess. I don’t really regret it at this point. But the ease of install up front, kind of lost its shine by the mess after. I think this stuff is awesome and definitely works if you know what your in for. Pros: Easy to use. Works great at keeping the birds away. Not visibly noticeable. Cons: Sticky is an understatement. It’s a mess if you touch it or gets on what you don’t want it on. Once it’s installed, it’s a (near impossible) mess to remove. It does not go very far. My larger tree branch’s needed multiple beads. 10’ then turns in 5’ or even into 2.5’ on the really thick areas. Trimming the tree and regrowth into the gelled areas is a mess.

Works, but not sure how long lasting it is
When first applied, birds didn't flock on our railings. It's been about a month (maybe less?) and birds have started landing on the railing without being bothered. That being said, I'm not sure if "long lasting" means a few weeks and then you have to reapply - which is still better than nothing. Don't be like me and forgot that you have sticky goo on the railings. The stuff is VERY sticky and hard to come off even with soap (I didn't try warm/hot water so maybe that would have helped).

Real sticky
His product is real good for birds. You have a problem with birds on your windowsills, ledges air conditioners use this product. They will not bother you no more.

Too sticky- bird got stuck and was going to die in it!
I don't exactly know what I hoped this would be like-- maybe tacky but not super sticky, just enough to annoy the birds who keep trying to build a nest above my retractable awning over and over and over? Maybe if I'd been able to squirt it in lines, it wouldn't have been a disaster, but I couldn't fit the caulking gun into the space I needed, so I inserted it in and hoped for the best. However, once the stuff finally started coming out, it kept dribbling out, making big gobs of the stuff where I was putting it. It was annoying to get off my hands (yes, I should have worn gloves), but some olive oil and dish-soap did the trick. BUT then one of the birds got stuck in it. The more it struggled, the more glue it got on it. We eventually got it out of the space and then spent time trying to wash the gel off of its feathers. Sure, I've been detesting these finches all spring, but I never wanted to doom one to death. This morning, we can't find it anywhere, so I'm HOPING we did enough that it'll be okay but also so scarred that it won't come back. In short, don't use this if you don't want to hurt the birds!

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly
I bought this product because I have issues with brown squirrels climbing my fence, to get to my house to get in my attic. I read another review where the person had the same issue and this item worked for them so I gave it a try. First the good: Since applying it on my fence I have not see any squirrels in my attic or attempt to climb the fence. So from that standpoint the product works. The Bad is that the tube is hard to open and the directions on the tube are somewhat lacking. First it is hard to cut off the end of the tube, and secondly there is foil in the tube that needs to be penetrated in order for the product to come out of the tube (but it never mentions that on the directions). The Ugly: Even though so far it has worked to keep squirrels away, it has killed lots of insects and smaller animals. 1 day after applying it, I found count less insects dead in the stuff, as well as several lizards and salamanders. They get stuck and are not strong enough to get out. It doesn't matter if you apply it in a line or in tear shaped beads, it will still trap small insects, etc. In summary, it works and I would probably buy it again but I hope this gives you the full picture of what to expect when you use it.

I was a little skeptical at first, but it's holding up really well so far.
I have about 20' of balcony ledge that I regularly have pigeons landing on and pooping all over. The first few days you would see pigeons attempt to land on the ledge and then fly away. A month in, I haven't really seen pigeons here at all. There's maybe one poop from a bird who landed on the balcony instead of the ledge. The only challenge is a lot of bugs land on it, and get stuck. Also when people visit, I have to remind people not to get too close or it'll get on them/their clothes. Overall though, I'd definitely buy and reapply again next season.

Realmente SI funciona

Sticky
If you chose to use this to stop the birds from nesting under your roof tiles then instead of putting it directly on your guttering (creates a fly trap) put it in a little dish cut from plastic bottle. This stuff works a treat but has to be reapplied frequently, 3 weeks roughly.

Has no effect on Pigeons
I had bought it as I have a severe pigeon problem in my balconies. I have applied it but there is absolutely no effect on the pigeons. In fact they freely sit on the gel
