Phone was in perfect condition.Accepted my SIM card and 5 Mins later I was makng calls.Great packing and super fast delivery.

I purchased this phone to replace my Galaxy A8+. I really like my old Galaxy, but its showing its age by not having enough internal memory to update apps without having to uninstall tjem and install tjem again. Also, its only 3 or 4 GThe absolute last straw was the message, "not registered on the network", which would appear after a failed attempt to place a phone callThis happened several times, including when my car battery was dead, and I nèded assistance to get to an appointment.I just put the sim card for my carrier in the new Galaxy A15 and problem solved, phone calls were happening again, and aggrivation level down to zero. Ill use the old phone on wifi to send email or browse the internet. If I remember correctly, there migjt have some carriers listed for this phone, none of which were Boost Mobile, but just installing my sim card and I was good to go. I also ordeted the clear case that was shown later in the bought together sectionIts a clear case and includes the gorilla glass screen protector. I couldnt figure out the alignment stickers, so I just cleaned tje svreen and installed the protector. The charger block is for a USB "C" cable so you would need a cable with 2 male USB "C" connectors, one on each end.

The Samsung Galaxy A16 5G is probably the best mid range phone in its category. Watch a YouTube video on how to set it up and give it a day or two to get used to it... you'll see what I mean.

It's a good phone but it can't be to fix in the United States!? It works fine for a few days then just keep saying " emergency call only" no way to get anything else. T-Mobile trying to see what was wrong, nothing they can do other phone places told me this phone can NOT be fixed in the United States because is International Manufacturing " I didn't see that when I purchase it!! Still waiting on my refund after 10 days.

No charger was sent with phone I believe every new phone comes with it’s own charger I am disappointed because now I have to run around looking for the charger.

Great Phone bought for a friend and he loves it.

Works as expected - however, some features might not be available on your T-Mobile network, if that's your carrier. Check your IMEI! For my purposes, works great.
