None of my other bags have had that. The bag is well made, sturdy and has nice details (like the cool faux leather accents). I'm also a huge fan of the big zipper pulls. It might sound silly, but convenient zippers matter, especially when you're in a hurry and moms always seem to be in a hurry. They are smooth, easy to grab and see. The strap options fit every need, whether you want to carry it over your shoulder, cross body, in your hands or hook it on your stroller- you can do it all!
